摘要: 11NiCrMoV钢经过4个阶段的成分演变,钢板的含碳量和碳当量逐渐降低,使钢的可焊性得以改善,为降低或取消11NiCrMoV钢焊接预热打下了良好的基础。在保证焊接接头性能的前提下,通过提高11NiCrMoV钢配套的E5515-G型焊条烘焙温度,降低了焊缝金属扩散氢含量。二者的综合作用,可实现11NiCrMoV钢的不预热焊接。Abstract: As the composition of 11MnNiCrMoV steel plate has gone through four stages of evolution,the content and equivalent of carbon in the steel are gradually reduced and the weldability of the steel plate is improvel which lay a foundation for reducing or eliminating welding pre-heating.With above development combining rising bake temperature of a matching electrode for11MnNiCrMoV steel plate to reduce the content of diffusible hydrogen,unprehaet welding of the steel plate can be performed.
