摘要: 对10CrNi4MoV钢经消除应力热处理后冲击韧性下降的机理进行了探讨和分析,认为经冷弯成形并焊接的钢板进行消除应力热处理时,会在应力诱发下使P、C等元素在晶界偏聚而引起晶界弱化,呈现撕裂+沿晶混和断裂形式,是造成钢板韧性下降的主要原因。Abstract: The mechanism of decrease in impact toughness of10CrNi4MoV steel subjected to stress relief heat treatment has been investigated.It is reavealed that the discrimination of phosphorus and carbon induced by stress at grain boundary results in the weakness of grain boundary.Tear fractures and ductile intergranular fractures,and consequently are contributing factor to the decrease of the impact toughness of the plate.
