镁合金阳极氧化及其耐腐蚀性研究

Corrosion Resistance of Anodic Films

  • 摘要: 采用正交试验,开发出一种新型环保型镁合金阳极氧化的电解液配方,此工艺下形成的阳极氧化膜有良好的耐腐蚀性,其自腐蚀电流密度为0.1586μA/cm2,电解液的pH值是影响氧化膜耐腐蚀性的主要因素。采用EDAX、XRD、SEM对阳极氧化膜的成分、结构和形貌进行了研究,分析了氧化膜具有良好耐腐蚀性的原因。氧化膜主要由MgO组成,另外还含有Al和Si的复合氧化物,SEM结果显示氧化膜与基体的结合良好。

     

    Abstract: A new environment-friendly electrolyte for anodizing of magnesium alloys were developed by orthogonal test.The corrosion current density( Icorr) of the anodic film formed is0.1586μA/cm2.The pH value of electrolyte has great influence on the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy.The component,structure and surface micrograph of the film were studied by EDAX, XRD and SEM.A few oxide complex was present in the film,although the main compound was MgO.SEM analysis showed that the film bonds to the substrate of magnesium alloy soundly.
