30CrMnSiNi2A钢冷裂纹敏感性研究

Cold Cracking Sensitivity of Superhigh Strength Steel 30CrMnSiNi2A

  • 摘要: 对退火状态超高强钢30CrMnSiNi2A进行了大量的插销试验,结果表明:不同缺口位置的插销试样均断裂于熔合区,熔合区是对冷裂纹最敏感的区域;250℃以上预热能明显改善冷裂纹敏感性;同时发现采用光滑插销试样评估超高强钢抗冷裂纹能力是可行的。

     

    Abstract: A mass of implant tests on super-high strength steel 30CrMnSiNi2A as-anealed were conducted to investigate the cold cracking of the steel.The results indicate that the bond is the most sensitive region to cold cracking.The sensitivity of cold cracking was greatly moderated by preheating at above 250℃ and it is feasible to evaluate cold cracking sensitivity of super-high strength steel with non-nick sample.
