化学组成对微晶玻璃/金属复合材料性能的影响

Influence of Chemical Composition on Performance of Glass-ceramic/Metal Composite Decorative Material

  • 摘要: 研究了一种新型装饰材料-微晶玻璃/金属复合材料。在微晶玻璃与金属基体复合过程中,基础玻璃组分的选择对两者结合质量有较大的影响,借助XRD、DTA及各种性能测试手段对基础玻璃及微晶玻璃和复合材料试样进行了研究,结果表明,ZnO/Al2O3>1组成的微晶玻璃与金属达到了良好的匹配,具有较好的结合强度。

     

    Abstract: A new construction decorative material,glass-ceramic/metal composite is introduced.In the process of fabrication of the material,the adopted composition of base glass is a key factor to determine the bonding quality of the glass-ceramic and metal.The properties of base glass and glass-ceramic and the composite are analyzed by means of XRD,DTA.The results indicate that with the composition of base glass ZnO/Al2O3>1,the glass-ceramics natch the metal well and the composite has good bonding strength.
