掺杂铁氧体复合吸波材料的研究进展

Progress in Developments of Ferrite Electromagnetic Wave Absorbing Materials

  • 摘要: 叙述了铁氧体吸波材料吸收电磁波原理,总结了铁氧体吸波材料的研究现状。将硝酸铁、硝酸铝与柠檬酸混合,用自蔓延法制备氧化铁氧化铝复合铁氧体吸波剂,研究其复介电常数变化,发现随着氧化铝含量的增加,介电常数实部逐渐下降,虚部损耗峰则逐渐移向高频。通过控制氧化铝含量,可以调节吸波剂的损耗峰。

     

    Abstract: Electromagnetic wave absorbing mechanism of ferrite materials is introduced,and the development status of ferrite microwave-absorbing materials is summarized,and then Fe2O3/Al2O3 composite ferrite absorbent is prepared with SHS method.Tests show that the real permittivity decreases and the loss peak moves toward to high frequency with the increase of Al2O3 content which suggest that the loss peak of absorbent can be adjusted by controlling the content of Al2O3.
