AZ31镁合金板锥杯与扩孔成形性能研究

Conical Cup Test and Hole Expansion Experiment of AZ31 Mg Alloy Sheet

  • 摘要: 对AZ31镁合金板在20~300℃条件下进行了拉伸力学性能、锥杯及扩孔试验研究。结果表明:随着变形温度的升高,AZ31镁合金板抗拉强度逐渐下降而延伸率不断提高;随着温度升高,锥杯值CCV逐渐减小,300℃时具有较小的锥杯值CCV,获得了较好的“拉深+胀形”复合成形性能;随着温度升高,AZ31镁合金板的扩孔成形性能显著提高。

     

    Abstract: Tensile property,conical cup value(CCV) and hole expansion performance of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet were investigated in the temperature between 20℃ and 300℃.The experimental results indicated that,with an increase of the experimental temperature,the tensile strength decreased and elongation increased greatly,the conical cup value(CCV) decreased and hole expansion formability was significantly improved.A minimum CCV acquired at 300℃,indicating,a good drawing-bulging properties was acquired at this temperature.
