Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to solve the problem of burnout and electric shocking of copper and aluminum joints in high-current equipment.Copper/aluminum functional gradient material samples were prepared by powder overlaying. It was found that the seven lays sample sintered at 620℃ has higher hardness and lower resistivity,of which the joints of copper/aluminum wire could be made.θ(CuAl
2) generated in sintered samples dilution zone and hardness in local area increased notablely. The resistivity of samples sintered at 540℃ is the lowest. As the sintering temperature increased, liquid sintering happened and the sintering perfomed more sufficient,so the content of θ(CuAl
2) and then average hardness and the resistivity increased.
