环保型温度保险丝用易熔合金的研制

Development of a Low Melting Point Alloy for Green Thermal Cutoff

  • 摘要: 以In-Sn二元共晶点为基础,以Bi代In,研究了用于环保型温度保险丝的易熔合金化学组成、显微结构与合金熔点、动作温度、工艺适应性等方面的关系。结果表明,以Bi代In,可生产出符合环保要求的温度保险丝。

     

    Abstract: Based on the composition of In-Sn binary eutectic point and using Bi as a substitute for In,a low melting point alloy for green thermal cutoff was developed and the interrelation of the composition,microstructure and melting point,action temperature and manufacture feasibility of the alloy was investigated.The results indicated that with the substitution of Bi in In,a green thermal cutoff which meets the demands of environmental protection could be made from the alloy.
