新型城铁电动机车集电靴的研究

摘要: 设计了模拟城铁电动机车的集电靴耐磨性能试验装置,以该模拟机试验数据为基础,在现有的铜合金中,寻找比现在城铁电动机车用集电靴材料ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3铝黄铜更为优秀的铜合金。试验结果表明,ZCuMn12Al8Fe3Ni2高锰铝青铜是优异的城铁电动机车的集电靴材料,在该集电靴上镶嵌固体润滑石墨棒,其性能更为理想。Abstract: An experiment instrument to simulate the wear behavior of light rail and subway current collector is designed.Based on the test data obtained on this instrument,a substitute copper alloy is selected which is better than the existing aluminum brass ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3 in wear resistance.The experiment results indicate that the high manganese aluminum bronze ZCuMn12Al8Fe3Ni2 is an excellent material as light rail and subway current collector and with the graphite rod inserted into current collectors,the wear property of the current collector resistance will be improved further.
