Seawater Corrosion Behavior of Stainless Steel Pipe Welds

  • 摘要: 通过化学成分分析、金相试验和腐蚀试验,分析了不锈钢管道焊缝及附近区域耐海水腐蚀的特点,揭示了该焊缝及附近区域的海水腐蚀规律,并总结出该焊缝及附近区域金相组织变化对耐海水腐蚀性能的影响。
    Abstract: Chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and corrosion test were conducted to investigate the seawater corrosion behavior of base metal zone(BMZ),heat-affected zone(HAZ) and weld zone(WZ) of the stainless steel pipe welds.The law of seawater corrosion around the welds was drawn and the effects of the microstructure on the seawater corrosion behavior of the welds were revealed.
