石膏基多孔复合吸声材料的研究

Development of a Sound Absorbing Gypsum-Based Porous Composite Material

  • 摘要: 以高强石膏为主要原料,内掺玻璃纤维,在发泡剂的作用下,制备出一种新型多孔吸声材料,采用驻波管法测试材料的吸声系数。研究结果表明,纤维、发泡剂、水灰比及厚度对材料吸声性能有显著影响。当玻璃纤维含量为3%、发泡剂含量为0.4%、水灰比为0.7时材料的综合性能最佳。材料的降噪系数达0.6,中低频吸声性能较佳。

     

    Abstract: A new type of sound absorbing material was made from super-strength gypsum and glass fiber and the sound absorp-tion coefficient of the material was tested by standing wave tube method.Experiment results manifested that content of fiber,blowing agent,water-gypsum ratio and thickness have great effects on the sound absorbing performance of the samples.When the content of glass fiber,blowing agent and water-gypsum ratio are separately 3%,0.4% and 0.7,the performace of the mate-rial reaches optimum.The noise reduction coefficient of the material is 0.6,and the sound absorption property at middle-low fre-quency is good.
