固相反应法、柠檬酸盐法制备(NaBi)0.5TiO3陶瓷及性能表征

Characterization of (NaBi)0.5TiO3 Ceramic Fabricated by Solid Reaction and Citrate Method

  • 摘要: 分别用固相反应法和柠檬酸盐法合成了(NaBi)0.5TiO3陶瓷前驱体,并烧制成相应的陶瓷。用激光粒度分析仪、XRD、SEM分别对前驱体和陶瓷的粒度、相组成、显微结构等进行表征,并检测不同烧结温度下的压电常数d33。研究表明,用柠檬酸盐法合成的NBT前驱体所需合成温度低于固相反应法;所制陶瓷具有更高的压电常数d33,在1150℃下烧结,d33可达61.6pc/n。

     

    Abstract: Solid reaction and citrate method were employed to prepare(NaBi)0.5TiO3 ceramic powder.The granularity,phases,microstructure and other characters of the ceramic powder and ceramic were investigated by using laser granularity analyse appa-ratus,XRD,SEM and the piezoelectric constant d33 of the ceramics was also detected under different sintering temperatures.The results showed that NBT ceramic prepared by citrate method has lower sintering temperature and the more favorable piezo-electric property than that prepared by solid reaction.When the sintering temperature is 1150℃,the piezoelectric constant d33 can reach 61.6pc/n.
