Finite Element Analysis of Stress Concentration at the Root of Screw Thread of High Strength Bolt

  • 摘要: 应用ANSYS软件中的有限元接触分析方法,研究了M56高强度螺栓联接组合螺纹根部圆角半径、螺纹深度和螺距对螺栓螺纹根部应力集中的影响。研究结果表明,增大螺纹根部圆角半径和螺纹深度可明显缓解螺纹根部的应力集中,而增大螺距的效果却不明显,这对工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
    Abstract: The influence of the radius of rounded corner at the root of thread,depth of thread and thread pitch on the stress con-centration at the root of screw thread was investigateal for the high strength bolt by means of finite element analysis.The results showed that the concentrated stress is obviously reduced as the radius of rounded corner at the root of thread and the depth of thread increase,while the effect of thread pitch is unconspicuous.
