Abstract:
A series of SnO
2-based ceramics of ternary system SnO
2-Sb
2O
3-CuO have been prepared through sintering with nano-sized SnO
2 powders as raw material.The properties of the ceramics have been investigated by using optics microscope,SEM and X-ray EDAX.The relative content of CuO-Sb
2O
3 as a function of sintering property and electrical conductivity had been determined.The results show that SnO
2-based ceramics prepared from nano-sized SnO
2 powders definitely have lower sintering temperature and the relative content of CuO-Sb
2O
3 exsits aoptimal ratio.
