水热法制备掺杂镝BaTiO3粉体及介电性能的研究
Hydrothermal Synthesis and Electric Properties of Dy-doped Barium Titanate Powder

摘要: 以BaCl2.2H2O、TiCl4和DyCl3为原料,采用水热法制备掺镝BaTiO3的纳米粉体,并高温烧结得到瓷体。利用DTA、XRD、SEM等测试手段,分析了掺镝对钛酸钡粉体及陶瓷电性能的影响。研究表明,镝固溶到了钛酸钡的晶格中并取代钡位或钛位。镝的掺杂有助于获得细晶高致密的陶瓷,当ω(DyCl3)为0.6%时,致密度最高,常温下相对介电常数高达4700,击穿场强达到3.3 kV/mm。Abstract: Superfine Dy-doped barium titanate powder was prepared through hydrothermal synthesis and the ceramic was obtained.The effects of doping Dy on powder and ceramic electric properties were investigated by means of XRD,AES and SEM.The results indicate that Dy could substitute Ba or Ti,which is helpful to get the microstructure with tiny grains and high density. When ω(DyCl3) is about 0.6%,the density reaches the maximum and dielectric constant reaches 4700 and destroyed electric strength rises up to more than 3.3kV/mm.
