碱性焊条中Mo、Ni对焊缝强度与韧性的影响

摘要: 通过改变碱性焊条药皮中合金元素含量及焊缝力学性能试验,研究了碳、钼、镍在碱性焊条焊缝结构中对焊缝强度和韧性的影响规律,结果表明碳对强度的提高有限,在达到一定含量后不会对焊缝强度产生影响,而钼的加入可大幅提高强度但会造成韧性急剧降低,需要增加适量的镍加以平衡来提高韧性。Abstract: The effection of C、Mo、Ni on strength and toughness of welding metal welded by base electrode in this article.The result indicates that the effect of C on increasing of strength is limited,and the Mo can increase greatly the strength but sharply reduce the toughness of welding metal. For decreasing the disadvantage of Mo,the addition of Ni in welding metal is necessary.
