5CrMnMo锚链推杆表面堆焊层组织与性能研究

Microstructure and Property of Surface-welded Cladding of 5CrMnMo Anchor Push-rod

  • 摘要: 对5CrMnMo锚链推杆表面堆焊层的组织和性能进行了研究,选用性能较母材优良的D322堆焊材料(GB EDRCrMoWV-A1)在失效的5CrMnMo锚链推杆表面堆焊,并对表面堆焊层显微组织、硬度、热稳定性以及耐磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,D322堆焊材料在焊后350℃退火时得到均匀的针状马氏体;堆焊层硬度为HRC5455,高于5CrMnMo锚链推杆使用状态硬度,且具有良好热稳定性;堆焊层耐磨性较5CrMnMo提高近一倍,有效地提高了锚链推杆的使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: Microstructure and property of surface-welded cladding of 5CrMnMo anchor push-rod were studied.D322(GB EDRCrMoWV-A1)welding material with the better properties than basic material was employed to form surface-welding clading on 5CrMnMo invalid anchor push-rod.Microstructure,hardness,thermal fatigue-resistance and wear-resistance properties of the surface-welded cladding were investigated.The results show that D322 cladding tend to get uniformly needle-shaped martensite after annealing at 350℃.The average microhardness of the cladding is HRC54~55 higher than that in using state of the 5CrMnMo anchor push-rod.Wear-resistance of the D322 doubles that of the 5CrMnMo,which will extend the life of the anchor push-rod.
