Carburizing Behavior of Q235 Iron Pretreated at Moderate Temperature

摘要: 将Q235表面脱碳处理后,进行氧化还原处理,对其表面进行SEM观测,在处理试样的表面出现亚微米晶粒及在晶粒中存在纳米层状结构。在滴注式渗碳炉中,在750℃温度中进行不同时长的渗碳,升温至900℃保温5 min后淬火。测量显微硬度,用SEM、金相显微镜进行组织观察,测量渗碳厚度。结果表明,表面预处理对渗碳有明显的加速作用。Abstract: The surface of Q235 iron with decarbonization treatment,and then oxidation-reduction pre-treatment is observed under SEM.It is exhibited that submicron crystal exists on the pre-treatment iron surface and the nanometer layer structure in the submicron crystal.After carburizing at 750℃ for different time in drop-feeding atmosphere carburizing furnace,rising temperature to 900℃ and keep 5 minutes then quencher,the micro-penetration hardness is detected,the microstru-cture is obsered under SEM & OM and the thickness of carburizing layer is measured.Resultsshow,that the pre-treatment of surface accelerate the carburize process obviously.
