Abstract:
The adhesion properties of kevlar are studied with H pull method and bending fatigue rest of Kevlar reinforced rubber.The influences of synthesis,RFL ingredient,reaction time,and dipping process of the Kevlar fiber on static and dynamic adhesion properties the fiber reinforced rubber of are investigated.The results indicate that with epoxy resin or mixture of epoxy and diisocyanate in the first bath,and the RFL in the second bath or with epoxy modified RFL being directly used in one bath only,the interface of Kevler and rubber can be improved effectively.
