采用电化学测试方法评价防污涂层对铝合金耐蚀性能的影响

  • 摘要: 通过电化学方法评价不同厂家生产的3种含硫氰酸亚铜的防腐防污涂层体系对基材5××的船舶用铝合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究涂层体系是否对基材5××铝合金的腐蚀有促进作用,涂层体系对基材铝合金腐蚀速度的影响,以及随浸泡时间的延长基材铝合金腐蚀状况的变化。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the effect of three kinds of antifouling paint system containing CuSCN on the corrosion resistance of Al alloy is evaluated via electrochemistry test.Whether the coating promote the corrosion of Al alloy and the change of corrosion condition along with the extension of immersion time is investigated.
