摘要: 农安支线供水工程是吉林省中部城市引松供水工程的组成部分,农安支线线路总长105.358 km,其中PCCP管36 km。由于在土壤中PCCP管中预应力钢筋及钢套管会发生电化学腐蚀,必须对其采取有效的保护措施。理论及实践表明,通过对PCCP管施加阴极保护,可以有效解决钢筋和钢套管的腐蚀问题,提高管道运行的安全性和可靠性,延长管道的使用寿命,具有重要的社会及经济效益。Abstract: Nong-an pipeline is apart of water supply engineering project among the middle cities in Jilin province. The Nong-an pipeline is about 105.358 km long, among which prestressed concrete cylinder pipe is about 36km. Because the prestressed steel bar and pipe in soil is subjected to electrochemical corrosion, the protection should be taken to prevent them from corrosion. It is proved that the corrosion of steel bar and pipe can be solved effectively by application of cathodic protect systems and the pipelin esystems is safe and reliablel while the service life of the pipeline is improved a lot and important social and economic benefit is expected
