涂料盐雾试样的勘误方法研究

Collation Research of Salt Spray Test of the Coating Specimens

  • 摘要: 在盐雾试验的基础上,对涂料试样提出了2种拓展考察的方法:残余附着力测试和划"×"处金属腐蚀状态勘验。在高氯化底漆+高氯化面漆、环氧底漆+高氯化面漆、环氧底漆+工程面漆和高氯化底漆+工程面漆等不同的涂料体系,通过试验得出了高氯化涂料具有突出的封闭阻挡性能,但涂层发脆。工程面漆与底漆粘附力较差,环氧底漆具有突出的基体附着力,与高氯化面漆配合,是性能优良的防腐涂料体系。
    Abstract: Based on salt spray test‚, two kinds of methods to investigate the coating sample such as remnant adhesive force detection and "×" stroked spot corrosion state examination are put forward and are applied in the evaluation of some coating systems including high chlorination priming paint+high chlorination lacquer(C)‚, epoxy priming paint+high chlorination lacquer (HC)‚, epoxy priming paint+engineering lacquer(HG) and high chlorination priming paint+engineering lacquer(CG).The results indicate that the high chlorination coating is obstructive to corrosive medium but brittle‚, the epoxy primer paint provides perfect adhesive and the engineering lacquer has poor adhesive to the primer.The HC coating system displays better anticorrosion property.
