Affecting Factors Analysis of Low Temperature Impact Toughness of Welding Electrode E5018

  • 摘要: 通过对E5018焊条配方的优化设计和理化性能试验,探讨了其熔渣碱度及焊缝金属中Mn、Si含量和Mn/Si值,对焊缝金属低温冲击韧性的影响规律。当熔渣碱度约为2.1,焊缝金属中w(Mn)=1.42%~1.48%,w(Si)=0.38%~0.48%和Mn/Si值大于3.5时,焊缝金属可获得较高和稳定的低温冲击韧性值。
    Abstract: In optmizing design and property tests of welding electrode E5018,influence of slag basicity,content of element Mn and Si as well as Mn/Si ratio in weld metal on low temperature impact toughness of the weld metal was investigated.The results indicate that when basicity is about 2.1,Mn content is 1.42%~1.48%,Si content is 0.38%~0.48% and Mn/Si>3.5,the low temperature impact toughness of the weld metal will be relatively high and stable.
