塑料太阳能电池的研究现状与进展

Research Status and Development of Plastic Solar Cell

  • 摘要: 塑料太阳能电池是一个新的研究领域,本文综述了塑料太阳能电池的工作原理、结构以及太阳能电池材料(导电聚合物)的制备,着重就n型导电聚合物材料的制备及影响塑料太阳能电池光电转换效率等几个主要方面进行了讨论,并对该电池的优势和在该领域的未来发展趋势做了展望。

     

    Abstract: Plastic solar cell is a novel type solar cell for its light and pliable.This paper reviewed the mechaism,structure and synthesis of conductive polymer electrode materials for plastic solar cell and focused on the synthesis of n-type conductive polymer,factors influencing conversion efficiency of solar cells as well as application prospect.
