Abstract: In this paper,a new technology that is explosive compaction-spray for preperation of double metal composite is proposed.High pressure of explosion is utilized to drive metal plate to impact compacted metal powders,and makes metal powders firmly adhere on surface of metal plate.Compared to existing technology,explosive compaction-spray has both advantage of explosive welding and sintering.It can produce composite plate with good bonding strength and its coat has microscale pore and excellent properties.Furthermore,the technology is simple and has no need of special equipment and production cost is very low.
