摘要: 研究了钛镍丝材退火制度、拉拔工艺、矫直工艺对丝材性能的影响。结果表明采用辊模大变形量温拉拔后退火再高温低张力矫直、抛光的工艺路线,可以满足自动律线机对盘卷矫直丝材高塑性的要求。Abstract: Influence of annealing,drawing and straightening on the properties of TiNi wire is investigated.The experimental results show that the TiNi wire properties can meet the high plasticity requirements of auto-reducing machine when the wire is annealed after large deformation drawing by roller die machine at low temperature,then straightened in low tension force at high temperature as well as polishing.
