Abstract: This paper studied the influence of craft parameters on TiNi wire machinability.The experimental results shows that the hardness and mechanical property(yield strength,tensile strength,elongation,etc.)changed with the variation of draw temperature,straightening temperature and straightening force and so the machinability of TiNi wire was improved.
