摘要: 研究了一种新型高分子液晶弹性体在紫外光照射下的弯曲特性。分析了该材料简单梁结构在一定条件下的光致弯曲应力、应变及曲率并将光致效应等效为弯矩, 为该材料在微机械系统的应用奠定了初步的理论基础。Abstract: The light-induced bending properties of a new liquid crystal elastomer are researched.In order to apply this material in MEMS, the stress, strain and curvature of light-induce bending action of straight girder is analyzed and the light-indued effect is equivalent to a bending moment, then the elementary theory is set up.
