高温气体过滤除尘材料的研究进展

Progress in Research on Filter Material of High Temperature Dust Removal

  • 摘要: 高温介质过滤除尘技术的关键是高温过滤材料, 本文主要介绍了金属多孔材料和陶瓷多孔材料以及新型过滤材料各自的特点和最新研究进展, 其中金属陶瓷复合膜等新型多孔材料因克服了陶瓷材料密封性、抗热震性差以及金属材料制备困难、稳定性差等缺点, 成为高温气体除尘材料研究者关注的焦点。

     

    Abstract: The key technology of filter for high temperature gas dust removal is the high temperature filter material.Porous ceramics, porous metal materials and new filter materials, their characteristics, and the latest research progress are respectively presented in this paper.The new porous materials such as metal-ceramic composite membrane can overcome the shortcoming of bad welding tightness and bad thermal shock resistance of porous ceramics and the difficulties of preparation and poor stability of metal porous materials, have become the focus of attention of high-temperature gas dust removal materials researchers.
