Abstract: High strength baked-hardening(BH) steel is a kind of high strength steel for auto-panel.In this paper,mechanical property,forming ability,baked-hardening and dent resistance properties of high strength steel B180H1 are investigated through experiments and compared with those of steel DC04.The forming limit of steel B180H1 is predicted with NADDRG model.The results show that mechanical property of high strength steel B180H1 is better than that of DC04,while forming ability of B180H1 is not lower than that of DC04,and baked-hardening and dent resistance properties of the steel are better than those of DC04.The steel sheet B180H1 performs good forming ability.
