宝钢195钢低温轧制变形抗力数学模型的建立

摘要: 本文利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对宝钢195钢所制的ϕ10 mm×12 mm圆柱形试样的塑性变形抗力进行压缩试验研究。实测了变形温度在750~1000℃、变形速率为1/s和25/s、变形量在0.7以下时,宝钢195钢的变形抗力,建立了志田茂变形抗力数学模型并对模型进行了乘法修正。结果表明,乘法修正使模型的预报精度得到了极大的提高。Abstract: In this paper,a compression test was carried out at temperature 750~1000℃,in strain rate 1/s and 25/s and the strain less than 0.7,by using Gleeble 1500D with the specimen ϕ10mm×12mm of Baosteel 195.Then the Shita resistance model of deformation has established based on the stress-strain datum obtained in above test.Further more the Shita resistance model of deformation has been modified by multiplication method,and the modified model accuracy is improved.
