卷取温度、冷轧总变形量对SPHD钢力学性能的影响

Influence of Coiling Temperature and Total Cold Rolling Reduction Rate on Mechanical Properties of SPHD Steel

  • 摘要: 以CSP工艺在不同卷取温度下生产的冷轧基板SPHD为实验材料,采用不同的冷轧总变形量进行冷轧并退火。通过单向拉伸实验对不同工艺条件下试样的基本成形性能指标(r值、n值)和力学性能指标(屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率)进行测定,并对退火试样进行X射线织构测试分析。通过对比分析发现,当卷取温度为600℃,冷轧压下量为70%时,SPHD退火后会得到较强的γ纤维织构组分和良好的力学性能及优异的冲压性能。

     

    Abstract: SPHD hot strips produced by CSP process were coiled at different temperatures and then cold rolled with different reduction rate.After recrystallization annealing,the formability(r-value and n-value) and mechanical properties(YS,TS and A) were investigated through tensile tests.In addition,different kinds of technological conditions sheets were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(ODF).The results showed that fine mechanical properties,well formability and much more fraction of r-fiber texture will be obtained with coiling temperature at 610℃ and the cold-rolled reduction of 70%.
