Development of a High Damping Copper Alloy Plate Using in Ships

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了高阻尼铜合金板材用于舰船后传动系统的研制过程,并对影响阻尼特性的关键热处理工艺对其组织性能的影响进行了试验研究。试验表明,材料在820~850℃淬火和420℃×12h时效后,组织显示为清晰、整齐的孪晶马氏体组织,这些孪晶界面在交变应力的作用下,可以移动或滑移,从而吸收振动能量,达到减振降噪的功能。

     

    Abstract: Development of a high damping copper alloy plates used in transmission system of ships is introduced and the influences of essential heat treatments on the microstructure and performance of the alloy is investigated. Results of experiments indicate that the microstructure is clear and neat twin crystals martensite after quenched at 820~850℃ and limitation at 420℃ for 12h. The twin crystals can move and slide under alternating stress which makes a contribution to function of absorbing oscillation energy to reduce noise.
