一种新的锌铝基合金ZA27-0.2Si的干摩擦磨损性能

Dry Friction and Wear Properties of a New Zinc-aluminium Based Alloy ZA27-0.2Si

  • 摘要: 研究了不同载荷、不同滑动速度下ZA27-0.2Si合金的干摩擦磨损性能,并用扫描电子显微镜对其磨损表面形貌和亚表面形貌进行观察。结果表明:在高速度时,随着的载荷的增大,其磨损量增加比较明显;而在低速度时,随着载荷的增大,其磨损量增加比较小,表现了良好的耐磨性能。而且在不同的载荷和速度下,其磨损机理不同。

     

    Abstract: Dry friction and wear properties of ZA27-0.2Si were investigaited in different load and speed.The wear surface and subsurface microstructure were observed under scanning electron microscopy. The result showed that wear volume increases obviously with load increaseing in high speed, but increases slightly in low speed.The friction mechanism is different in various conditions.
