Simulation and Computation of Pumping Diaphragm Deformation of Photo-driven Bending Micro-pump

摘要: 本文采用薄板小变形理论分析计算由一种受光照后产生弯曲变形的新型聚合物制造的微泵泵膜的形变,在理论推导出加入光致弯曲后的薄板弯曲问题的基本方程后,对其进行四边简支条件下变形计算,最后进一步采用MATLAB仿真其变形。Abstract: A new polymer which would deform flexibily after exposured in light is employed in design of photo-driven bending micro-pump.In this article, the deformation of the pumping diaphragm made by this new polymer is analyzed and is simulated with MATLAB.
