含铅锌白铜的拉拔工艺的研究

Study on Drawing Process of Leaded Zinc-copper

摘要: 对含铅锌白铜的拉拔工艺进行研究,实验结果表明:铅锌白铜材料的显微组织为α+β+Pb相,当β相含量为28%~40%时,含铅锌白铜的拉拔性能最好。

Abstract: Drawing process of leaded zinc copper was developed.Experiment result shows that microscopic structure of leaded zinc copper is α+β+Pb phase and when the content of β phase is 28%~40%,the drawing performance of leaded zinc copper is best.
