  • 摘要: 本文针对T2紫铜与1Cr17N i2不锈钢异种材料的焊接性差, 接头强度低, 质量稳定性不高的问题, 对接头结构、焊接材料、工艺参数、操作技术等影响焊接质量的各种因素进行了深入分析和研究。设计了合理的接头结构及焊接参数、选择匹配的焊接材料, 进行了工艺试验和工艺评定。并对接头力学性能、金相及显微组织进行了检测和分析。

     

    Abstract: In connection with the weldability of dissimilar material between pure copper and 1Cr17Ni2 stainless steel and the low joint strength and quality stability, analyses on the factors which affect the quality of the welding are conducted, including the strcutural design of welded joint, welding material, technology parameters, manipulating skills.Rational structure and welding parameters are determined, technological test and qualification of welding procedure are conducted and mechanical property of welded joint, metallography and microstructure were observed and analyzed.
