Abstract: Fundamental principle and structure of nano-TiO₂ dye-sensitized solar cells are introduced in this paper,and the key factors,such as nano-TiO₂ thin-film,sensitized-dye and electrolyte,which have great influence on light-to-electricity conversion efficiency are discussed.The current status of research on dye-sensitised solar cells is summarized covering problems and further development trend.
