FFC法制备海绵钛的TiO2电极行为研究

Preparation and Property of TiO2 Electrode for Production of Titanium Sponge by FFC Process

  • 摘要: 本文采用分析纯TiO2粉体、粘结剂及造孔剂制备了TiO2电极。通过水煮法测定所制备电极的孔隙率,同时还分析了其物相组成。在此基础上,采用不同电极组装方式进行了电解实验,对电解后的产物进行了X射线衍射仪分析。研究结果表明,所研制的TiO2电极孔隙率达到50%以上;烧结后的电极成份几乎都是金红石型TiO2;在确定的电极组装方式下进行电解实验,能够获得较大的电解电流,而且电解产物含钛量达到98%(w)以上。

     

    Abstract: The TiO2 electrode was prepared by using TiO2 powder, PVA and charcoal powder as raw materials.Porosity of TiO2 electrode was measured by using the method of water boiling and the phase of the electrode was analyzed.Then several connection modes were disigned for electrolytic experiment and the product of the experiment was analyzed by using XRD.The results show that the porosity of the TiO2 electrode is more than 50%, the composition of the prepared TiO2 is nearly rutile TiO2, the current is larger when a determined electrode connection is employed, and the product contains 98% titanium.
