Abstract: Technical approaches to preparation on fly press,composition formula and performance inspection tests of D212 electrode are introduced.The experiments prove that the mechanical and chemical performances of the deposited metal welded by the D212 electrode made on fly press meet Chinese state standard,the electrode is good in weldability matching that made on liquid press.
