Abstract:
Based on the introduction of the directionally-solidified Al
2O
3 matrix eutectic composite ceramics,the relationship between process technique,eutectic microstructures and mechanical properties of the materials are reviewed,and the general tendency of the materials is analyzed in brief.Meanwhile,combining with the researches in the large bulk Al
2O
3/ZrO
2(Y
2O
3) eutectic composite ceramics prepared by combustion synthesis under high gravity,the achievements in the preparation,the forming and the defect-control of the materials are reviewed systemically.It is pointed out that the development of the materials is aimed at the materials in trinary eutectic system to obtain the materials of nanocrystalline microstructures.
