氧化物/氧化物共晶复合陶瓷研究进展

Progress in Composites of Oxide/Oxide Eutectics

  • 摘要: 介绍了国外定向凝固Al2O3基共晶复合陶瓷,分析了材料制备工艺、共晶显微组织与力学性能之间的关系,并简要分析了该材料的发展趋势。同时,结合超重力下燃烧合成制备大尺寸Al2O3/ZrO2(Y2O3)共晶复合陶瓷研究,系统地介绍了在材料制备、材料成形与缺陷控制方面取得的研究成果,并进而指出该技术发展方向在于开发出三元共晶系材料,实现材料结构纳米化。

     

    Abstract: Based on the introduction of the directionally-solidified Al2O3 matrix eutectic composite ceramics,the relationship between process technique,eutectic microstructures and mechanical properties of the materials are reviewed,and the general tendency of the materials is analyzed in brief.Meanwhile,combining with the researches in the large bulk Al2O3/ZrO2(Y2O3) eutectic composite ceramics prepared by combustion synthesis under high gravity,the achievements in the preparation,the forming and the defect-control of the materials are reviewed systemically.It is pointed out that the development of the materials is aimed at the materials in trinary eutectic system to obtain the materials of nanocrystalline microstructures.
