室温大气环境下过时效状态3J21合金拉伸性能
Tensile Properties of Over-aged State 3J21 Alloy at Room Temperature Under Atmospheric Conditions

摘要: 在万能拉伸试验机上对室温大气环境下过时效态3J21合金的拉伸性能进行研究,并采用金相显微镜对过时效态金相组织及物相进行分析,采用TEM对固溶态、过时效态试样及拉伸断口附近形变的显微组织进行分析,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对拉伸断口进行观察。结果表明室温大气环境下,过时效态3J21合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度较低,延伸率较大;过时效态合金的拉伸断口为韧窝断口,断口上滑移线之间的距离较大。文中对室温大气环境下过时效态对3J21合金拉伸性能的影响进行了讨论。Abstract: The tensile properties of 3J21 alloy at over-aged state on a universal tensile test machine at room temperature under atmospheric conditions were investigated.By using metallographic microscope and X-ray,the metallographic structure and physical phase of the alloy at over-aged state were analyzed,the microstructure of the specimens of solid solution state and over-aged state as well as deformation near the tensile fracture was observed under TEM and the tensile fracture was observed under SEM.The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of 3J21 alloy at over-aged state is lower and its elongation rate is larger at room temperature under atmospheric conditions.The tensile fracture of 3J21 alloy is a dimple fracture at over-aged state.The distance between the slip lines is larger in the microstructure near the fracture of the alloy at under-aged state.The influence of over-aged state on the tensile properties of 3J21 alloy was discussed at room temperature under atmospheric condition.
