基于运动控制卡的平面弧焊机器人控制系统的设计

Design of Control System for Planar Arc Welding Robot Based on Motion Control Card

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种平面型弧焊机器人的运动控制系统硬件、软件结构。控制系统由IPC、ADT850运动控制卡组成;操作系统采用Windows系统,采用Visual Basic 6.0开发软件。实际运行表明,该系统具有控制功能强、控制精度高、操作简便等优点,机器人运行平稳,焊接质量满足生产工艺的要求。

     

    Abstract: Hardware and software of motion control system for planar arc welding robot are discussed.The system is composed of IPC, ADT850 motion control card.The operating system is Windows and the system for developing is VB.Experiments show that the system has many merits,such as multiple function,high control precision and ready operating,the operation of the welding robot is steady.It completely meets the technical needs of arc welding
