Abstract:
Low alloyed TRIP-aided steels exhibit excellent combination of strength and ductility due to retained austenite present in microstructure. It is described that effect of hot deformation on formation of retained austenite in hot rolled TRIP-aided steels at austenite recrystallization, no-recrystallization region, and intercritical region, respectively.Effect of cooling along ROT and coiling temperature on retained austenite formation is analyzed.Study on physical metallurgy, such as retained austenite formation, of low alloyed TRIP-aided steels may promote its development and application.
