防污涂料用可降解聚氨酯树脂基料的合成研究
Synthesis of Degradable Polyurethane Resin as New Degradable Binder Used for Antifouling Paint

摘要: 为开发新型环保长效防污涂料,获得降解速率可控的,可稳定释放环保型防污剂,并具有良好柔韧性的树脂基料,本文通过分子设计,合成一系列组成不同的可降解聚氨酯树脂。用1H-NMR,FT-IR,DSC和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对它们的结构进行表征,并测定了其力学性能和降解性能,并选用PBEU1树脂制备成防污涂料,初步研究海洋生物微生物的附着情况。结果表明,所获树脂具有良好的弹性;通过调节聚合物的组成,可对其降解性能进行调控;以PBEU1为树脂基料的防污涂料具有一定的防污效果。Abstract: A series of degradable aliphatic polyurethane copolymer based on L-lactide,polybutadiene and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) were designed and synthesized to meet the need of binder for antifouling paint for highly flexible degradable resin.The copolymers were characterized by using 1H-NMR,FT-IR,gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and DSC,and the hydrolytic degradation behavior in sea water and mechanical properties of the copolymers were investigated.The potential use of the polyurethanes in antifouling coatings was examined.The resins synthesized exhibited high elasticity,the degradation rate were distinctly different and tunable.By controlling the composition of the resins,and the paints based on PBEU1 binder had antifouling activity in Xiamen sea area.
