Abstract:
B
x:Bi-CVG ferrite samples were prepared by solid-state reaction.The effect of sintering additives of B
2O
3 on the bulk density,phase structure,microstructures and magnetic properties of Bi-CVG were investigated by means of XRD,SEM and MATS.The results showed that doping B can lower sintering temperature of Bi-CVG samples.B doping leads to an increase in density and has an influence on microstructures and magnetic properties of samples.With B dopant dose x=0.025 and as sintered at 1040℃ for 6h,the sample obtained has good integrated properties:with D=5.11g/cm

c=0.87kA/m in room temperature.
