Abstract: Effect of solution,aging,solution and aging treatments on the structure and properties of ZL104 aluminum alloy was studied and the hardness and corrosion resistance test was measured.The properties of the alloys after different heat treatments were compared.The results showed that the hardness could be remarkably increased with solution and aging treatments and the corrosion resistance was best with solution treatment.
