合成枕木纤维体积含量的理论分析
Theoretical Analysis of Fiber Volume Fraction in Synthetical Sleepers

摘要: 合成枕木是连续玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯泡沫复合材料,其中纤维含量的多少,对合成枕木的性能起着决定性的作用。本文根据复合材料混合律,将具有三维空间含义的纤维体积含量简化在二维平面上,推算出合成枕木纤维体积含量,并根据混合律的并联模型及采用最紧密的六方密堆积结构,分析了合成枕木中纤维体积含量的极小值和理论极大值,对合成枕木配方设计具有一定的指导意义。Abstract: For synthetical sleepers made of continuous fiber reinforced polyurethane foam composite,fiber volume fraction is an important parameter that determines properties of the sleepers.In this paper,theoretical limit and practical value of fiber volume fraction are analyzed,which is helpful for the design of synthetical sleepers.
