现有10Ni5CrMoV钢成分对其厚板组织与力学性能的影响

Effect of the Existing Element Ingredient on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 10Ni5CrMoV Steel Thick Plate

  • 摘要: 研究了采用现有10Ni5CrMoV钢成分试制的100mm厚10Ni5CrMoV钢厚板的组织和力学性能。结果表明,现有10Ni5CrMoV钢的成分完全能够保证其厚板的淬透性,厚板调质后可以获得均匀、细小的回火马氏体及贝氏体回火组织,其各项力学性能完全满足技术指标要求,并具有良好的强韧性匹配。现有10Ni5CrMoV钢的成分完全适用于其厚板的生产。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,microstructure analysis and mechanical properties tests were carried out on 10Ni5CrMoV steel with thickness 100mm,which is trial-produced with existing element ingredient.The results indicate that the steel is hardenable at total thickness of 100mm.After quenched and tempered,fine and uniform martensite and bainite is observed.The property of the sample fabricated from different thick part of the thick plate meets the requirement,and good matching of high strength and high toughness can be obtained.The results showed that existing element ingredient of 10Ni5CrMoV steel can be applied in production of thick plate.
